OpenAI Academy’s AI Foundations course teaches the basics of AI, large language models, and ChatGPT, giving clear instructions, adding context, reviewing outputs, and using AI responsibly at work.
It is a free vendor academy track. Follow with Applied AI Foundations or Agents and Workflows on the same site when you are ready for repeatable workflows and agent direction.
Caveat: ChatGPT-centric and generalist, not UX methods or generative UI. Use beside Elements of AI if you want a non-vendor literacy counterweight.
